Format

The project "Traveling Film-Making Workshops" has as its principal aim the formation and retraining of students and professionals in the Brazilian film-making market in parts of the country outside of the Rio-São Paulo area.

There are 8 workshops which will be given in 4 cities by professionals active in their fields. To begin with, these cities are Salvador, Fortaleza, Manaus and Alagoas. Each workshop consists of theoretical and practical sessions and lasts 5 days with 4 hours of classes each day.

The proposal is to enable each interested person to participate in one or more workshops, at one time specializing in a particular type of knowledge or at another time acquiring a more inclusive vision of the process of producing a film.
